YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
You’ve already gained solid experience in Talent Acquisition and are now ready to take the next step: shaping a TA function that is both hands-on and future-ready.

At plancraft, you’ll help us grow to 150+ employees and expand into new European markets. You’ll combine end-to-end recruiting with building smart, scalable processes and experimenting with new tools (including AI) to make recruiting better every day.

You’ll work closely with our Head of People & Organization and the TA team — sometimes rolling up your sleeves to fill key roles, sometimes zooming out to make our hiring processes smoother and more impactful.


Your Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for several roles across different functions and seniority levels.
  • Ensure a great candidate experience by making every interaction personal, inclusive, and memorable.
  • Shape and continuously optimize our hiring operations to be scalable, smart, and AI-enabled — without losing focus on candidate experience.
  • Deliver insights on your roles to stakeholders and approach hiring with a strategic, data-driven mindset.
  • Support our international growth with market-specific sourcing and talent mapping.
  • Stay curious and bring in new ideas from the TA space — whether it’s new tech, new channels, or innovative approaches.
  • Be a sparring partner for hiring managers and your TA teammates, sharing best practices and raising the bar together.
(Approx. split: 70% Hiring Operations, 30% Strategic TA Projects)
YOUR PROFILE
Must-haves

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience in a startup, scaleup, or similarly dynamic environment.
  • Successful track record in filling roles of various seniorities and types.
  • Profound experience in setting up smart TA processes and structures.
  • Strong knowledge and passion for creating excellent candidate experiences and inclusive hiring practices.
  • Curious and eager to apply AI in hiring and shape the implementation of new recruiting tools.
  • Comfortable using Personio ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar tools).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and hands-on working style.
  • Fluency in English; ideally also German (C1/C2).
  • Ideally based in Hamburg or willing to visit our HQ 1–2x/month.


Nice-to-haves


  • Experience applying AI and driving impact with recruiting tools.
  • Experience with international hiring.
  • Additional languages (e.g. Spanish, Dutch, Italian, Polish).
