DEINE MISSION BEI UNS
Du entwickelst und verantwortest unser technisches Fundament. Von Infrastructure-as-Code über Data Warehousing bis hin zur internen und externen KI-Nutzung. Wir haben ein Data Warehouse eingerichtet - das Team wurde am 01.11.2024 gegründet. Derzeit arbeiten wir mit 3 Kolleg:innen an der Einrichtung von Dashboards und Automatisierungen für alle Abteilungen (Finance, Sales / GTM, Product). In Zukunft wollen wir die Feature Teams dort unterstützen, wo die technische Grenze hoch ist (z.B. Abstrahieren der Komplexität der Gemini API oder so...). Gleiches gilt für Developer Experience, Pipelines und Infrastruktur-Verbesserungen.

Deine Hauptaufgaben und Möglichkeiten:
  • Verbesserung der developer Experience durch reibungslose, schnelle Pipelines und eine klare, belastbare Infrastruktur (einschließlich Dokumentation und Schulung/Mentoring Anderer bei der Nutzung)
  • Beratung für die Vorteile der KI-Nutzung im gesamten Unternehmen - und Nutzung starker persönlicher technischer Leistungen, um Vertrauen und Überzeugungskraft in der Organisation aufzubauen
  • Produktivität in Daten / Cloud / AI nachweislich steigern
  • Scoping, Planung, Umsetzung technischer Aufgaben
  • Interaktion und „Erwartungsmanagement“ für interne Stakeholder
  • Mentoring von anderen Engineers - sowohl innerhalb des Teams, als auch innerhalb der Organisation
  • Nähe zu allen Geschäftsprozessen und Touchpoints mit der gesamten Organisation
  • Direkter Einfluss auf den Geschäftserfolg von Plancraft
DEIN PROFIL
Must-haves:
  • Vertraut mit Mentoring / Befürwortung einer breiten Palette von Technologien
  • Cloud-Erfahrung (AWS, Azure, GCP), einschließlich IaC (z. B. Tofu, Terraform)
  • Datenerfahrung (etwas Warehousing, viel SQL, (sehr optional) Python)
  • Software Engineering (Typescript ein großes Plus, Scripting im Allgemeinen)
  • Enthusiasmus für „moderne Entwicklung“ - AI enhanced engineering
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein gegenüber verschiedenen Interessengruppen: Business + Technik
  • Flexibilität & Anpassungsfähigkeit, um in einem dynamischen, wachstumsstarken Startup-Umfeld erfolgreich zu agieren.
  • Hamburg-based mit Bereitschaft an mind. 2-3 Tagen/Woche ins Office zu kommen
  • Fließend in Deutsch & Englisch (C1/C2)

YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
Own and Improve our technical foundation. From Infrastructure-as-Code to Data Warehousing to internal and external AI Usage.
We have a Data Warehouse set up, the team came into existence on 01.11.2024. Currently with 3 FTE, we are working on setting up Dashboards and Automations for all departments (Finance, Sales / GTM, Product) - in the future we aim to support the Feature Teams where the technical boundary is high (e.g. abstracting away the complexities of Gemini API or else…). Same goes for Developer Experience, Pipelines and Infra improvements.
  • Enhance Developer Experience through smooth, fast pipelines and clear, resilient Infrastructure (including Documentation and Teaching / Mentoring others to use it)
  • Advocate for the benefits of AI Usage across the whole company - and leveraging strong personal technical delivery to build trust and persuasiveness in the organization

  • Interacting and “Managing Expectations” for internal Stakeholders

YOUR PROFILE
Must-have:
  • Comfortable with Mentoring / Teaching / Advocating for a wide set of Technologies
  • Cloud Experience (AWS, Azure, GCP), including IaC (e.g. Tofu, Terraform)
  • Data Experience (some Warehousing, lots of SQL, (very optional) Python)
  • Software Engineering (Typescript a big plus, scripting in general)
  • Enthusiasm for “modern Development” - ai enhanced engineering
  • Comfortable with communication and ownership towards diverse stakeholders: business + tech
  • Hamburg-based with willingness to come to the office at least 2-3 days/week
    Fluent in German & English (C1/C2)
