YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
As our first Sales Lead in the Netherlands, you’ll take on a unique opportunity to launch plancraft’s presence from the ground up – shaping how we go to market, win our first customers, and build lasting relationships in the Dutch trades sector.
You’ll co-create our local success story alongside our Business Development Manager – combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. This includes developing our sales playbook, refining customer messaging, and building a scalable sales process that truly fits the market.
As we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to scale your own sales team, take ownership of hiring and onboarding, and help shape the culture and structure of our Dutch organization:
- You lead customer conversations, conduct demos, and build strong, trust-based relationships.
- You combine insights and execution, gathering market feedback to inform our GTM strategy.
- You pave the way for team growth, by designing scalable processes and outlining hiring plans.
- You launch our local presence, win early adopters, and develop our NL sales playbook.
Over time, this role can grow into a team leadership position – shaping both the strategy and culture of our Dutch sales team.
