YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
As a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager (f/m/d), you own, scale, and continuously improve plancraft’s performance marketing by driving autonomous, data-backed decisions, exploring new growth opportunities, and translating complex data into clear actions that fuel sustainable growth. You challenge existing structures, raise the quality bar, and act as a sparring partner for junior team members — combining deep strategic understanding with strong hands-on execution.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Take full ownership of performance marketing results across all paid channels — from strategy to execution, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Own the development and continuous optimisation of channel strategies aligned with company-wide growth goals.
  • Build and run a structured experimentation culture and translate learnings into scalable growth.
  • Own performance analysis end-to-end, translating insights into decisions that validate and scale growth levers across existing and new channels.
  • Establish reliable attribution, tracking, and reporting standards that enable confident decision-making.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across Brand, Content, Sales, and RevOps to improve performance, innovation, and go-to-market execution.
  • Elevate the team through best-practice sharing, raising the bar for execution, impact, and strategic thinking.
  • Stay on top of industry trends and explore AI-driven solutions and automation opportunities to improve performance and efficiency.

We’re hiring for this role at both Senior and Midlevel/Professional level. The scope of responsibility and level of ownership will vary depending on experience. Accordingly, the salary range is €52,500–62,500 for Midlevel/Professional candidates and €65,000–75,000 for Senior candidates.
YOUR PROFILE
Must-haves:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing within fast-paced, data-driven environments.
  • Strong expertise across key paid channels (e.g. Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Bing, Programmatic).
  • Advanced knowledge of measurement and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Google Tag Manager, or similar).
  • Proven track record in setting up testing frameworks and data-backed optimization strategies.
  • Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Experience managing budgets efficiently and optimizing campaigns for ROAS or related KPIs.
  • Strong understanding of full-funnel performance and business-impact metrics.
  • Highly structured, proactive, and solution-oriented working style.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate autonomously.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing in English (C1/C2 level) and ideally in German (C1/C2 level).
  • You’re curious to explore how AI can support your work and eager to grow your skills with our support.

Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience building or improving attribution models in complex marketing setups.
  • Background in SaaS or B2B tech environments.
  • Experience supporting international market expansion and scaling across regions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with advanced analytics and marketing automation setups.
