OUR PURPOSE AT PLANCRAFT

Building the backbone of European trades together – with AI-first software.
We’re not just building software – we’re on a mission to create space for contractors & tradespeople by equipping them with AI solutions that work the way they do: fast, practical, and AI-first. With Tier 1 Investors from Europe and the US, like Headline and Creandum as well as 30,000+ tradespeople as customer base, we’re scaling across Europe to turn scattered tradespeople into thriving communities. We believe in zero admin, not zero personality – and we build every feature with the people in mind who wear the boots, not the suits. We’re #stoked to shape the future, #together as a team, and #humble in our mission to support the builders of tomorrow.

YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT

As our Country Lead Poland, you will build plancraft’s Polish business from the ground up — starting fully hands-on and evolving into a leadership role over time.

Unlike more mature markets, Poland starts at true 0→1: no local team, no established customer base, and no validated playbook. Your first priority is to win the market yourself — closing customers, understanding their workflows, and shaping how plancraft needs to adapt to succeed locally.

Over time, you will turn these early learnings into a scalable growth engine: building the first local team, establishing strong market trust, and laying the foundation for a long-term, locally rooted business. So keep in mind, in the first months, this role is highly execution-driven.

We plan to establish a local presence in Warsaw over time. For the first months, flexibility is possible, but long-term willingness to be based in or around Warsaw is expected.

Your Responsibilities

  • You take full ownership of Poland’s early traction — building pipeline, running demos, closing customers, and supporting onboarding. You work directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure early success.
  • Translate first customer interactions into actionable insights on ICP, messaging, pricing, and channels. Together with HQ, you refine our go-to-market motion to fit the Polish market reality.
  • Identify what works and what doesn’t — and turn these learnings into structured processes. You lay the groundwork for reaching 500+ customers and prepare the hiring and growth plan for the next phase.
  • You build credibility in the Polish trades ecosystem through customer relationships, early partnerships, creators, and local success stories. You ensure plancraft is perceived as relevant, trustworthy, and tailored to the local market.
  • In the early phase, you step into different roles — from sales to customer success to local marketing. You ensure progress is never blocked and that the business runs with a strong execution mindset.
  • As traction grows, you hire and develop the first local team across sales, customer success, and marketing. You establish a high-ownership, low-ego culture and take on increasing leadership responsibility.

YOUR PROFILE

Must-Haves
  • Strong hands-on commercial experience in B2B SaaS, ideally in SMB or small-ACV environments
  • Proven ability to win customers yourself: running demos, closing deals, and owning early revenue
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a clear 0→1 builder mentality
  • Ability to work across functions and operate in ambiguity with a strong execution bias
  • Analytical and commercially grounded, with understanding of funnel metrics, conversion, and unit economics
  • Experience working closely with HQ or cross-functional teams in international environments
  • Polish language proficiency at C1/C2 level and strong English skills
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience launching or expanding into a new market
  • Experience with localized marketing, partnerships, or brand building
  • Initial leadership or mentoring experience
